Blizzard is a supervillain that has an insulated suit that simulates cold weather effects and creating objects from ice.He first appeared in the episode Doomed on S.H.E.I.L.D.'s database as aone of the most dangerous criminals. He also appeared in Flight of the Iron Spider.
